Better requires process discipline and simplification We'll be looking to you to be a partner to understand and provide compensation solutions to the business partners that is consistent with the Western Union compensation strategy and principles. You will review and collaborate compensation recommendations with high-level HR leaders on Western Union strategic focus on a regional and global level.
You will work on issues and projects where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth knowledge and application of advance compensation fundamentals, the compensation function, and of department objectives.
You will be a champion changes within the compensation programs that are implemented. You will lead and coach a team of compensation analysts. For such a pivotal position, you will have 8-10 years of experience with compensation planning. You'll have a bachelor's degree. You'll demonstrate strong communication skills both written and verbal.
You will be a problem solver with forward-thinking mindset to present solutions.
