North America Instant Ink Business Manager RTM (Route to Market) Lead

This position is in support of HP Instant Ink*, a worldwide ink subscription initiative lead out of Print Hardware Systems Business Unit.

As the market share and financial leader in the global inkjet market, HP's inkjet business was built on the highly successful "razor and blade" business model.
HP Instant Ink represents a new subscription-based business model that is designed to transform the global inkjet market by radically changing the perceived value of HP ink. This is high visibility initiative that has been reviewed at the highest levels in the company. We are looking for a Business Manager for North America region. This position is focused on business development, product management and rollout management of the HP Instant Ink subscription service for the market. In this role, you will utilize customer and market insights as well as critical thinking and strategic perspective to define the needs and requirements to make HP Instant Ink successful and lead the introduction of the Service. The Instant Ink Business Manager will also serve as the liaison between the business unit and the Country teams to ensure that business insights and learnings are shared and used across regions and organizations.(*) Instant Ink and Instant Toner What will be your tasks?
Program Management HP Instant Ink with HP Sales and HP Marketing.
Support country & market teams as the expert in the HP Subscription services offerings and regularly is called on to explain the benefits in front of customers or partners.
Lead projects that involve cross-functional coordination to provide integrated products/services/solutions.
Focus on deploying plans by account delivering on market goals and day-to-day execution.
Provides guidance and support to Sales/Biz Development to successfully enable account specific plans. Ensure funding and resources necessary for account execution.
Provides account specific updates and insights to support management business processes (Sales, Commercial organization, and Executive leadership team staff)Drive country / market in-store execution of the subscription services programs with sales teams, including merchandising, training, and marketing programs. Directly collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams in different regions and time zones to generate and align plans. Maintain priorities and relentless execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. What do we expect?
Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) in Marketing, Business, or Technical fields; Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
Minimum 5+ years of professional experience with a combination of Marketing, Sales, Business Planning experience preferred.
Demonstrated product marketing and /or business development skills. Demonstrated Sales skills and Account Management experience.
Proven experience in managing complex programs working with partners and cross-functional organizations.
Proven experience in leading, driving and measuring virtual teams towards a common goal.
Ability to interact with all levels of the company, including senior management.
Excellent presentation and communication skills in English.
Ability to work under pressure in a complex environment#LI-POST
