About the Role
Strike is looking for an experienced and driven UX leader who can scale our team to deliver high-quality user experiences across our rapidly growing product portfolio. You ll be leading a team of talented Designers, UX Writers and User Researchers in a highly distributed, remote-first environment. As part of the Product Management & UX organization leadership team and in close collaboration with Engineering, you will be responsible for ensuring high-cadence delivery of quality user experiences and building an innovative, supportive and growth-oriented culture. Together this group oversees the design of product experiences that will define the next generation of security products on the Falcon platform.
We re looking for US-based candidates who will manage US and Europe-based teams.
ResponsibilitiesRecruit, retain, develop & manage the growing Design, UX writing & User Research teams in a remote-first, distributed environment
Embed and expand design-thinking processes around user research, rapid prototyping, testing & iterating in a cross-disciplinary environment
Scale the UX team through the creation & implementation of processes & tools within product development
Ensure delivery of high quality UX work across a rapidly expanding product portfolio in a fast-paced environment
Lead through rapidly evolving, complex demands, including multiple projects with dependencies on other internal teams
Continue to build relationships in a cross-functional organization with various business partners
Skills are we looking for
Significant management experience, including experience leading large teams of 30+ people within a cross functional organization
Deep knowledge of user-centered design methods & experience working in design systems
Strong communication skills and experience working in distributed, remote-first environments
Desired: understanding of corporate cyber security user personas
Proven track record of creating environments that fosters inclusive collaboration and working in close partnership with other disciplines
Experience designing, scaling and implementing working systems, familiarity with ResearchOps and DesignOps, and content strategy methodologies
Experience with SaaS development processes and high-cadence product development.
Thought leader on Visual Design, Interface/Information Design, and Interaction Design
BA or BS degree in an applicable field or 10+ years of equivalent work experience
