UI Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES Kforce's client is looking to bring on an experienced UI Designer to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding team within a Fortune 500 company. This role is also 100 remote, ideally sitting in Eastern or Central time-zones to align with the rest of the team. Hours will be 830 am to 430 pm EST or 900 am to 500 pm EST. Overview The UI Designer is expected to deliver fantastic User Experiences for products within our client. This person must be able to articulate and communicate research strategy and insights to teammates, business partners, and senior leadership to guide the company in creating world-class User Interfaces that are simple, consistent, and drive business results. The role must drive innovation by applying contemporary user-centered design methodologies to exceed expectations and delight the end-user. As well, this person will work with multiple business constituents in a fast-paced innovative development environment sharing their expertise and promoting a community of cooperation, best practices, and continual improvement.
Ideal candidates for this role will come from corporate application backgrounds rather than marketing-style backgrounds. This will allow candidates to acclimate to the team faster and hit the ground running.

REQUIREMENTS

3 to 5 years of overall experience in UI Design Experience in corporate team environment Figma experience is a must Google Material Design experience Experience working in an Agile environment Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal are required for this role Must have portfoliolink to portfolio for this role Kforce is an Equal Opportunity.
