Senior Specialist

WHAT YOU'LL DOYou will play a key role in helping make the Global BCG organization and our key processes, systems and tools operate effectively. Our team works with senior leadership, case teams, internal teams and business area to adopt new ways of working and leverage the latest collaboration tools. You will help address some of BCG s most critical operational challenges, enabling us to build more digitally savvy / agile teams that are more nimble, know how to collaborate effectively and use the power of digital teaming tools smartly, more focused on business value, driving better outcomes, achieving faster time-to-market and helping us continue to attract and retain the best talent in the industry through a great work experience.
YOU'RE GOOD ATPrimary role is a coach / trainer on digital teaming tools to both consulting and business services staff (including, but not limited digital tools Microsoft 365 - OneDrive, Share.
Point Online, MS Teams, OneNote, Office for Mobile, Slack, Trello, Egnyte and other future tools which could be part of the BCG digital teaming suite)The coach role is part embedded coach and part consultant specifically, an advisor collaborating closely with consulting and business services teams, their managers and senior leaders to provide training and coaching on Digital Teaming concepts. The Digital Collaboration Lead helps a team or individual adopt and improve their ways of collaboration, making them more productive, effective and agile.
A coach helps people rethink and change the way they go about project delivery and their day to day workflows. Help teams embed the Digital Collaboration tools and techniques into team s workflows to better manage team performance and deliverables. The role will help teams apply the tools to their specific environments and the impediments they face. Working as an advisor, the coach can help the team adapt the methodology to their situation and help them challenge the existing environment. Develop and continuously update coaching methodologies and guides; working closely with other coaches and relevant departments in BCG where overlaps and synergies are present Track session attendance and adoption metrics to better understand successful coaching methods and where to provide more supportYOU BRING (EXPERIENCE &

QUALIFICATIONS

)Industry experience in the world of digital tools / technology / agile fields.
Strong project management skills.
Strong change management experienceBA OR BS Degree in a related field from a top-tier institution; Master s Degree preferred.
Experience in Digital Collaboration tools (like Slack, Trello, Egnyte, M365 tools, etc.) - have used and coached/trained on these tools, or equivalent experience helping business executives to adapt their behavior or mindset. A strong collaborator, especially across a wide variety of global stakeholders and cross-functional teams, with a track record of successful teaming.
Strong presence and communications as well as listening skills, with an ability engage effectively both in 1:1 and large group settings.
Able to effectively communicate, present and facilitate discussions in-person and virtually in a room with hundreds of trainees.
Passionate about driving change, teaching, coaching, collaborating with and enabling others in business and technology.
A flexible, adaptive and creative mindset and strong business intuition; able to solve complex problems and identify innovative solutions.
Strong focus on the user experience, understanding pain points and paving a delightful path for customers.
