Full-Time Position Location

Remote (Must be located in the Chicagoland area) Our client is looking to add a Senior Product Manager that will assist in identifying market and customer needs and collaborate with leadership to define product vision and strategy. This person collaborate with Dev to define a product roadmap and release plans that support revenue and growth plans. Work with customers and required internal capabilities during all phases of product development process, from ideation through release.
Collaborate with Business, Dev, and UX to capture and vet requirements against business strategy Lead backlog and requirements prioritization sessions against roadmap and product strategy Define and monitor commercial success metrics through analytics and user feedback Become an expert in our industry, our software, and our customers Champion our products to customers, represent us at industry trade shows and events Collaborate with UX Research to gather customer feedback and behavioral insights Support Sales and Marketing in the creation of required tools and information Communicate product features and benefits to internal and external audiences Communicate status and important changes to leadership Develop ROI to justify investment in new features and services Conduct workshops internally and externally to drive alignment and collaboration Essential Skills, Characteristics,

Experience

Bachelorrsquos degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related degree 7+ years of professional experience with software product management Experience with Agile software development methodologies Experience working directly with customersclients Excellent verbal and written communication skills Collaborative with the ability to work closely with all parts of IT and any business stakeholders to drive next generation technology solutions Highly analytical with the ability to tie product decisions and recommendations to ROI, data, and available metrics Experience delivering both new products as well as improving upon existing one Experience with both enterprise and customer facing products (B2B, B2E, B2C)
