Senior Marketing Manager

Essential Job Duties: Lead, motivate, and manage marketing communications for Intelisys by creating the vision and goals that align with company objectives and values. Manage the copywriting, marketing coordinating, and graphic design team. Perform annual and quarterly goals and evaluations, manage daily and weekly workflow for the department, and ensure it aligns with entire marketing department vision. Oversee blog writing, case studies, white papers, website copy, scripts, email copy, and other writing that shows thought leadership, drives engagement, and generates leads for Intelisys. Write press releases as needed and based upon company requirements. Create new email campaigns and funnels as needed by the different departments. Write emails and subject lines for campaigns that are engaging, get optimal open rates and click-through rates. Create meaningful survey questions and send them to Partners to learn more detailed information about our market. Ensure the messaging on all Intelisys websites is compelling, up-to-date and getting the right message across to all stakeholders. Includes iCSU (WordPress, Microsites and LMS), Intelisys.com, MyIntelisys.com, and other website assets. Update and maintain the social media content strategy. Collaborate with other industry stakeholders and social media to boost engagement, impressions, and our list of followers. Create, build and maintain relationships with key media contacts. Generate public speaking opportunities for key stakeholders in the company. Manage all graphic design in the department, ensuring messaging is accurate, design is creative, and all creative follows Intelisys brand guidelines. Analyze effectiveness of marketing campaigns, Social Media engagement rates & effectiveness. Work closely with the Director of Marketing and Education team to manage the overall marketing strategy and execution of campaigns that find new iCSU attendees and that further the engagement of current attendees. Manager on the production of each certification track including the monthly plan of what future content will be, organizing and scheduling all parties for shoots, and managing the post
- production and placement of all content on the LMS. Program manage the marketing campaigns for each iCSU certification. Reporting Relationships: Reports to the Director of Marketing Communications Position location is flexible and may be considered remote/work from home

Required

College degree in business, required communications related program or equivalent work experience Excellent writing skills required Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills Strong oral and written communication skills Skills in Microsoft Power
Point, Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator a plus Demonstrated analytical skills Demonstrated ability to deliver results consistently across multiple projects Excellent eye for design Advertising and marketing communications project experience is preferred Telecommunications experience in Independent Sales Channel preferred but not required Intermediate to advanced skills in marketing/persuasive copywriting and headline creation Analytical by nature, ROI-focused always Google analytics experience a plus Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, Hubspot, Mailchimp and other email marketing automation experience required
