Senior Client Marketing Manager Telecommute

Join us and start doing your life's best work.(sm)This role will be responsible for representing OptumRx member communications strategy to a marquee client within the organization, focused on the post go-live member experience and overarching consumer marketing enhancements. It requires presentation and project management skills as you'll develop and oversee communication strategies. We're looking for someone who is familiar with both the healthcare industry and communication-related best practices, with experience applying these concepts. This role will manage multiple projects simultaneously and will be required to engage cross-functional teams to meet deliverables and deadlines. You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute
* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities:
- Account Managemento Manage day-to-day client relationships relative to their marketing communications needso Work closely with the rest of the internal team to ensure all client commitments and expectations are being meto Possess a professional demeanor and are comfortable with presenting at all levels to both external and internal organizations
- Communications Strategy and Planningo Work closely with clients, internal marketing communications teams and others to design and implement marketing communications strategies and detailed tactical planso Serve as the key resource and client-facing for marketing communications best practices so that appropriate guidelines are being followed
- Tactical Development/Project Managemento Translate communication requirements into effective tactical planso Adhere to, and develop milestones that rely on established processes and deadlines for creating and executing communicationso Keep detailed records of the status of each tactic/project and the all corresponding deadlines, both internal and externalYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.


* Bachelor's Degree or 4 years equivalent professional experience within the healthcare industry
* 7+ years of professional experience in communications, public relations or marketing
* Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills
* Highly proficient with MS Office
* Client facing account management experience
