* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities:
* Design and build recommended business and operations solutions and process improvement through analysis of regulatory requirements and implementation of proposed designs using agile and other methodologies
* Understand, interpret and develop product business models, including value propositions and desired business benefits
* Proficient with risk and quality analytics including rule algorithms, and have the ability to convert requirements into technical specs
* Write detailed Features and user stories within a agile framework
* Primary point of contact for Business teams and engineering teams on product features build out
* Actively participate in End-end testing and Operational readiness activities
* Troubleshoot and analyze data issues from analytics processing
* Conduct business, functional, technical, and data analysis to define product requirements for all aspects of healthcare applications including data schema definition, data verification, data quality, data load, analytics rule interpretation and implementation, UA
T and testing
* Actively work with engineering teams for measures development

Required

Qualifications:
* Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare analytics, management, statistics or equivalent experience
* 5 years demonstrable experience working with risk and/or quality measures
- designing, translating, testing and certifying
* Proven analytic skills, troubleshooting issues, and providing recommendations to upper management
* Experience working with cross
- functional teams and the ability to bridge gaps in understanding, and moving the team towards a common delivery
* Experience working with SQL, understanding relational databases and data structures within healthcare setting
PreferredQualifications:
* Exposure to Big Data, Hive
* Knowledge in Agile methodology
* Experience working within an analytics platform running certified quality and/or risk rules
* Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to present ideas in a concise and clear manner
