Job DescriptionSales representative has the opportunity to sell a revolutionary product to CRE brokers, developers, landlords, property managers, investment firms, and other CRE professionals. Our sales process typically takes between 1-4 interactions with a client. Our buying cycle is very regular, typically every month. We have extremely healthy ratio of repeat/new clients. Sales require some industry specific jargon and knowledge.
The position is for an in-house representative at our office in Thousand Oaks, CA. We will consider remote. Our company is a fast growing startup. Once you've established a healthy foundation of clients, your time in the office may be flexible. The compensation is commission, based on a percentage of dollars sold, with no cap.
Qualifications1 year CRE experience
2 years sales experience
Outstanding interpersonal and communicable skills
Fluent in Microsoft Suite, CRM Solutions, LinkedIn
Familiar with workflow solutions like Slack, Google Drive and Asana
Strong organization, communication and attention-to-detail skills
Customer service or project management experience
Willing and able to manage accounts anytime, anywhere
Preferred QualificationsBachelor s degree
Familiar with startup environment
