Job Description

Successful candidate will be working in a dynamic environment as a Mobile Device Administrator (MDM Admin) running on the Windows platform. Candidate will be responsible for deploying iPads, iPhones, Android devices and other mobile devices within the organization. The Mobile Device Administrator will trouble-shoot and remediate mobile device issues in an enterprise data center environment, including providing day-to-day business hour, non-prime on-call, or call in mobile device administration support to assigned systems.

Job Responsibilities

Installation.
ConfigurationAdministration of Mobile Device Applications Creation.
Maintaining Mobile Device Management Policies Support of Mobile Device users via Service Desk ticketing system Creation.
Updating Support Documentation and Procedures Strong track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies - both from Administrator side and end user side.
Ability to take ownership of new mobile technology solutions and perform Proof Of Concept (POC) testing The Administrator will be responsible for testing and verification of all existing and future MDM environments. The Administrator will also be required to participate in testing with other technical staff and users when the need arises.
Progress shall be tracked by the Administrator and Team Lead. The Administrator shall be tasked with specific units of work in the form of 'sprints' found in the Agile methodology. The Administrator will have definitive tasks to record work against for completion within the 'sprint' timeframe (every two weeks). The Administrator will also determine their own work to perform in each 'sprint'. Strong verbal and written communication skills essential require interaction with client end users and management.

Required Skills

Duties will include 75 Device Testing and End User Troubleshooting and 25 application supportdevice policy creation Demonstrated success in advance troubleshooting skills in the application support area

Education

Minimum bachelor's degree in Information Systems.
Computer Science Work closely with project team members to understand program office requirements, review design documents, and provide release support and architecture planning.
Use of Windows products Microsoft Project, Visio, Microsoft Office Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Must be able to communicate effectively with core project team members, team leads and client director-level resources.
Working knowledge of Windows Server 2008 R2 2012 R2 Operating systems Familiarity with iOS, Windows Mobile OS and Android mobile device Operating Systems Familiar with Office 365 Cloud Environment Scripting with VBS and Powershell EEO Employer Apex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
