Microsoft Teams Meeting Analyst (remote)

Apex Systems is looking for 1 - Microsoft Teams Meeting Analyst for our client in Rochester, MN. However, the candidate can sit remote anywhere in the U.S. Qualified candidates, please send resume to Stock JD Responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of custom system software, andor the installation and maintenance of purchased systems software, as well as the configuration and support of hardware systems across Mayo Clinic. In conjunction with more senior technical staff, develops proposals that consider alternatives and business case, and gains needed institutional approvals. Evaluates alternative approaches and presents recommendations to teams and unit leadership. Regularly reviews applications and makes modifications andor updates to ensure currency and functionality within established environment. Maintains and supports multiple systems or complex software applications and their associated hardware at multiple Mayo Clinic sites. Produces and maintains documentation such as system requirements, designs, resource inventories, and plans. Provides technical and project leadership to other staff members, demonstrates initiative, and works independently as needed to accomplish responsibilities. Works effectively across departmental organizations gaining consensus of stakeholders. May interface with vendor support service groups or other external support teams to ensure proper escalation during outages or periods of degraded system performance. Acts as a liaison to Mayo departments and vendors to adequately support the division's computing systems. Interfaces routinely with colleagues who may be located at any of the Mayo Group practices to perform job responsibilities requiring virtual collaboration and partnership. May be required to provide 247 on-call support. Additional Notes from manager The Teams Meetings Analyst configures, deploys, and manages Microsoft 365 workloads for Microsoft Teams that focus on efficient and effective communication and meetings (virtual or conference room based) in an enterprise environment. The Teams Meetings Analyst must be able to manage all Teams services with a focus on meetings, audio conferencing, live events, and calling. The Teams Meetings Analyst will take direction from the Teams architect and partner with colleagues to deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Teams as well as working with other groups to integrate Teams with organizational conference room solutions. Candidates for this role should be proficient at managing Teams settings by using Power.
Shell. The Teams Meetings Analyst should have a fundamental understanding of integration points with apps and services, including but not limited to Share.
Point, OneDrive for Business, Exchange, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 Groups. The Teams Meetings Analyst understands how to integrate external apps and services. The Teams Meetings Analyst will be a point of escalation for Teams meetings issue resolution. The Teams Meetings Analyst must be able to coordinate with other workload administrator roles, including security and compliance, messaging, networking, identity, and devices to resolve user issues. Required qualifications bull At least 3 years of combined experience in managing and troubleshooting Teams and Skype for Business in a large enterprise bull Experience in supporting a global environment with more than 10,000 users bull Understanding of Teams policies and how to apply to organizational business requirements bull Understanding of security and governance regarding Teams bull Experience supporting Teams Meetings in various conference scenarios Preferred qualifications bull Microsoft Teams certification bull Proficiency in managing O365 Groups bull Experience with migrating users from Skype for Business to Skype for Business Online.

Point, Azure, or Exchange certifications bull Understanding of compliance standards specific to the health industry bull Ability to automate workflows with Power.

Requirements Bachelor's degree and 3 years' experience, including 1 year demonstrated technical experience Or, Associate's degree and 7 years' experience, including 1 year demonstrated technical experience.
