Human Resources Specialist (HRIS/Payroll)

Our client, an established and growing manufacturer of cutting-edge technologies , is actively recruiting for a very capable and self-directed candidate to join its HR team. This HR Specialist will provide broad HR support to multiple sites . Seek candidate who enjoys a point-person role.
Key Things to Note:
This HR Specialist will work with several HR Managers to support ~ 400 employees . Seek candidate who is accustomed to fast pace and high volume.
This HR Specialist will provide Payroll support and maintain the HRIS system . Seek candidate who is accustomed to detail work that must be meticulously performed. Some experience with Payroll would be important.
This is a highly interactive role - involving addressing employee inquiries or concerns, conducting onboarding sessions, training on the HRIS system, etc. Seek congenial candidate with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
This is a manufacturing company in the Wendell area. Ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing setting. This position will be on-site.
This company has experienced tremendous growth - through acquisition as well as organically. Seek candidate who will help enhance systems to accommodate the growth.
Position will involve providing overall support of the Human Resources function including Payroll, Benefits, Onboarding & Recruitment, HRIS, Training, Compensation, Employee Relations, etc.
Selected Duties:
Provide support to the Payroll Manager with payroll processing, ensuring SOX compliance, audits are complete and data is accurate.
Provide assistance to the HR Manager on employment processes including onboarding and coordination with hiring management.
Support the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources functions including onboarding, benefits, HRIS, payroll, AAP/EEO, employee activities, etc.
Ensure the timely completion and accuracy of monthly HR and Payroll reports.
Support benefit programs administration.
Provide administrative and/or professional support to the HR Team as requested Provide HR assistance to the all divisions and local management as needed Administer company policies and procedures and complies with all state and federal laws including ADA, AAP, FMLA, EEO and OSHA requirements.
Targeted candidate will offer a related degree and 2+ years of Human Resources experience including, ideally HRIS system upkeep and Payroll . Other priorities include:
