This is a commission based role working from home in the Houston, Dallas, or Orlando metro area.
POSITION OBJECTIVE: The position is responsible for supporting our national styling campaign that is In-store, virtual, and In-home. Drives traffic and sales though in-store Appointments and Events, out of Store Virtual Selling, and In-Home Styling Services. Focused on a sales culture, where our values and guiding principles are at the forefront of all store operations, including ensuring a great customer experience and maximum profitability.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Drives for results through Style
Connect Go, our In-home styling service.
Meets company goals by utilizing Outreach Campaigns, our in-store and online Appointment service.
Plans and Drives Style
Connect Go in-store Events. Plans campaign and drives execution through support from Manager.
In partnership with Manager, provides communication and drives promotion of Omni Services through all customer touchpoints, in and out of store.
Responds to customer inquiries and complaints relative to program in a professional and timely manner.
Models sales expectations by utilizing virtual tools, including Facebook, Zoom and WebEx, to communicate product knowledge and support ongoing learning and expectations of Style Connect and Chic at Home services.
Builds and maintains a solid customer following through clienteling and networking Maintains consistent client communication through Style Connect, Outreach and related tools.
Knows current product fit, style assortment offerings, current sales, promotions in store and online Other duties as assigned/developed and required.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must be 18 years of age or older with a High School diploma or equivalent Preferably with at least 2 years sales/customer service experience.
Prior clienteling, styling and personal styling experience preferred Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills Proven excellent customer service skills Able to communicate with customers, Associates, and Management Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company Maintain confidentiality of all company and customer data/information Able to work independently, adhere to work schedule and manage regular duties with minimal supervision.
Store work is critical: ability to stand for hours, operate registers, lift and carry 30 pounds, hang/fold merchandise.
