Global Total Rewards Analyst

Headquartered in Redwood City, CA, we've recently raised $102.5M and are backed by top investors, including Menlo Ventures, Lightspeed Ventures, Citi Ventures, SVB Financial, Nationwide Insurance, and M12.The Global Total Rewards Analyst will have a key role in supporting the strategic initiatives for the Global Total Rewards Center of Excellence (COE), which includes Compensation, 401(k) Benefits and Health and Welfare Benefits for BlueVine.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Support benefits processes and procedures. Assist with the administration of the monthly billing, including preparing invoices, auditing, and maintenance of benefit cost tracking.
Process benefit program enrollments and updates internal benefits system and vendor sites.
Assist with compliance relating filings (ACA, 5500, 1095-C, Non
- Discrimination Testing, etc)Partner with payroll department to ensure proper processing of employee benefit deductions each pay period.
Support the company annual Open Enrollment communications, system set-up, and employee approvals.
Respond to employee benefit inquiries including researching provider networks, billing, and coverage issues.
Support compensation processes and procedures. Participate in wage and salary surveys to determine trends. Prepare annual reports on compensation including salary master guide and ad hoc reports.
Conduct job evaluations for new and current positions and assist in the writing of job descriptions.
Evaluate position, conduct market price analyses, assess FLSA exemption status and recommend pay grade assignment.
Maintains job description documentation and related records.
Complete specific projects which may include: career pathing, job leveling, salary range design, annual salary planning or human resources information system data analysis.
Provide guidance and recommendations to managers on hiring, promotions, and other job/compensation changes.
Lead the process of auditing job descriptions company wide to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Prepare and draft equity data for board approvalWHAT WE LOOK FOR:
Bachelor s degree required; Human Resources, Business, Finance or related field of study preferred4+ years HR experience within the compensation or benefits arena; experience with a professional service firm strongly preferred.
Knowledge of HR practices, procedures, required documentation and compliance requirements preferred.
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and utilize appropriate tact and professionalism Knowledge of federal and state legislation and compliance requirements (e.g, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, FLSA, etc.)Experience with a variety of HR systems.
Excellent analytical skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power.
PointStrong oral and written communication demonstrating a high level of confidentiality and customer focus.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; must be able to prioritize and multi-taskBENEFITS &
