WHO YOU AREAn experienced marketer who is motivated by numbers and likes to have awesome coworkers. You have hands-on experience with content marketing, email marketing, paid search campaigns, social media marketing, prospecting, and data entry. You enjoy chasing aggressive revenue goals, optimizing various channels to drive growth, prospecting and initiating initial outreach to leads to grow the business, and like to collaborate on campaign initiatives with your peers. You don't limit your work to one arena and are open to learning/assisting in marketing activities beyond the scope of your primary tasks. Our marketing team produces quality content and campaigns targeted to healthcare and medical professionals who are looking to pass their board exams and advance their careers. You will have responsibility in the strategy and execution in nurturing the relationship with the customer. You should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and will gain broad experience in various aspects of marketing including social, content, affiliate, and paid search. You'll work very closely with the world's best marketing team to develop new campaign ideas across different channels.
ResponsibilitiesMake suggestions for new ideas and strategies to assist in our meeting revenue goals Assist in improving both on-page SEO and off-page SEO strategies Create unique and compelling content related to clinicians to drive organic traffic to the website. This includes blog posts, infographics, ebooks, etc. Assist in ideation and execution of the email marketing strategies. Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects Assist in managing the company's social media profiles and presences, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and additional channels that may be deemed relevant. Help drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presences. Create new product content and edit existing content (e.g. product page updates, adding new products) to display and articulate the benefits of our products to the world. Collaborate with the design, product, development and customer support teams to produce effective campaigns. Constant feedback is critical for success. Optimize conversion rates and never stop testing. Explore new ways to engage with our audiences. Generate reports detailing relevant sales numbers You will be expected to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks across marketing
Requirements 3 years of marketing experience with various channels including content, product, social, and email marketing Lead prospecting and outreach experience Experience using Word
Press Experience with Mail
Chimp Experience with SEO/SEM Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience with G-Suite Experience or knowledge of HTML/CSS Experience using Excel Experience in Adobe Photoshop is a plus
