Claims Assistant

Requirements

Minimum of 2-3 years assisting with automobile, property, or workers' compensation calls, or claims adjusting, is ideal for this role. Set up claims in the agency management system File and oversee claims on behalf of our customers Analyze insurance claims by running reports and contacting insurance companies for claim resolution Identify coverage issues Communicated/provide updates to our customers and agency staff The opportunity to learn and handle additional agency service requests EOE Salary dependent on experience.
